SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is made through our site a confirmation e-mail is sent immediately. After receiving this email, please ensure that everything is correct. After 24 hours your order cannot be changed or altered in any way.

Once your item is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking number to track your order.

Please allow up to 7-15 business days for non-custom/ personalized jewelry and 4-6 weeks for custom/ personalized jewelry to be shipped. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days. Although rare, there may be some instances where items in your order may be shipped separately. Personalized and Made to Order items cannot be rushed. Paying for faster shipping will not hurry the manufacturing process of these type of items.

International order deliveries normally take 10-20 business days. Depending on the country, delays can occur. Customs and duties fees may apply, these fees are not charged by Ahlor Boutique, they are a requirement from your country's postal service. Ahlor Boutique is not responsible for paying any customs fees associated with your package.

Ahlor Boutique ensures the delivery of each order to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, Ahlor Boutique shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund. Ahlor Boutique does not take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages once they have been received by the postal service and in no way shall be required to issue a refund. A signature may be required at the time of delivery for orders over $150.

If your package is marked delivered and you have not received your package, please contact us within 24hrs. We will provide you with all the information you may need to help locate your package such as tracking number and last known location. In no way will we assume the responsibility of the postal providers, any issues during the delivery process must be taken up with them.
PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom-made orders will ship within 4-6 weeks. These items are handmade by our jeweler exclusively for you. Please understand the production of your personalized jewelry will require time and care to perfect. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned. Please keep in mind that in some cases this can take longer due to several factors beyond our control. We will reach out to you via email if the production/ shipping of your personalized jewelry exceeds 6 weeks.
refund & exchange policy
Due to sanitary reasons unfortunately, we do not offer any returns, exchanges and or refunds. We pack all our items with extra care making sure that the items that you have purchased, arrive to you in the best condition. We perform quality checks on all orders to make sure everything is intact before shipping.
Although extremely rare if you experience any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose stones, etc.) please email us at customersupport@ahlorboutique.com we will respond to your request accordingly. ALL sales are final, unless there are any mishaps on our end. We must be notified within 30 days of delivery no exceptions. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response. Please note in this case we will gladly replace your item and send you another for free. (Replacement of original item and original size only). An image of the damaged item is required to claim your replacement in addition to your order being within the 30 days from your delivery date. Proof must be submitted in order to receive this replacement.
Please understand that we cannot restock or issue a refund for items once it has left our stock. We will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than a mishap on our end. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be sure to always follow our Jewelry Care Tips.
